Web3 Hiring Platforms Unite - HireVibes announces Job Protocol integration

We are thrilled to announce that HireVibes is now integrated with Job Protocol to revolutionize the way companies hire top talent in the web3 era.

With Job Protocol, companies list open roles and attach large referral bounties, incentivizing anyone to help fill them. This includes freelance recruiters, agencies, community members, job boards, and HR tech businesses. By opening up the recruitment process to a broader network, Job Protocol is creating a more efficient and effective way for companies to find the right candidates for their open roles.

HireVibes is a web3 jobs marketplace that applies a similar referral bounty model. However, instead of distributing a large bounty to one recruiter / referrer like how Job Protocol does it - HireVibes fractionalizes the referral bounty and distributes it among a wider group of participants as follows:

Successful candidate (25%)
Successful referrer (25%)
HireVibes Community DAO Treasury (33%)
ReFi Impact Donation (17%)

Now, with Job Protocol’s integration with HireVibes - all Job Protocol roles will be listed on HireVibes offering 50% of the total bounty which will be split among the 4 groups above. The other 50% will be earned by HireVibes Services Recruiting team for shortlisting and uploading qualified candidates to Job Protocol.

This partnership means the Talent side, Impact charities and HireVibes Community DAO Treasury get the opportunity to earn a portion of Job Protocol bounty, which wasn’t possible before this integration making it a perfect match for the Job Protocol model.
