How does it work
For community managers seeking to integrate HireVibes Talent Portal, it couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is embed a small snippet of code onto your website to have your own branded jobs board and talent portal up and running for your company and your entire ecosystem.
The HireVibes Talent Portal software is available for integration - it costs just $10,000 annually split between a $5K set up fee and a $5,000 VIBES token purchase. These VIBES tokens can be pre-loaded onto your job board to pay referral bounties for successful hires on behalf of the startups in your ecosystem. This model incentivises talent to join your community while accelerating startup hiring and helping to bootstrap your overall ecosystem's growth.
From a user's perspective; if you’re looking for a gig in the Stacks ecosystem, you can first check out all the open positions on the main page. If you don’t see something that’s the right fit, you can set up your talent profile to be notified when suitable roles come online. By opting in to join the ‘Stacks talent pool’, your profile will be visible to the hundreds of startups building on Stacks.
