We are delighted to announce the launch of HireVibes Donations - a transparent counter of donations generated by the HireVibes community that is now live on our website.

For those not aware, HireVibes' novel reward system generates a large donation (~$450) every time a hire is made on the platform. This reward system with automatic donations helps to attract top quality candidates to HireVibes. It creates highly positive candidate experiences, which in turn increases staff morale and retention, which ultimately increases productivity benefiting each company that recruits with HireVibes.

Our designated charity Wells for Zoe has to date built 13 water wells; bringing clean, safe drinking water to more than 2,500 people in Malawi, Africa. Photos of each well and the local people who are directly benefiting from these donations are available on the page. As an added touch, each water well is engraved with a message from each hired candidate / referrer with GPS coordinates to clearly locate each well that has been built.

We would like to thank each company, applicant and referrer on HireVibes for their work in generating these rewards for this great cause. We would also like to thank the amazing work done by the Wells for Zoe team who ensure a genuine impact is made from the HireVibes rewards system.
